Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 25, Chapter 4, Article 1 by adding section 25-403.10 regarding child custody determinations.

Prohibits courts from granting sole or joint physical or legal custody of a child, or unsupervised parenting time, to a person found to have engaged in child bigamy under section 13-3609 unless the court finds no significant risk to the child.

Requires courts to state in writing their reasons if they determine there is no significant risk to the child before granting custody or parenting time to a person who has engaged in child bigamy.

Creates a legal standard that presumes child bigamy presents a risk to child custody and parenting time decisions unless the court explicitly finds otherwise with written justification.
