Replaces newspaper publication requirements with posting on government websites for corporate filings, including articles of incorporation, domestication, amendment, and restatement across multiple business entity types (corporations, nonprofits, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships).

Eliminates the requirement for affidavits evidencing newspaper publication for most corporate filings; instead requires documents be posted on the Arizona Corporation Commission or Secretary of State website after approval.

Allows cities, towns, and counties to fulfill legal notice publication requirements by posting notices on official government websites instead of newspapers, provided the newspaper publication includes the website address and notice subject matter.

Removes the "within sixty days" deadline for publishing notices in newspapers, replacing it with immediate posting on government websites after commission approval.

Exempts certain limited liability company amendments from website posting if they only change member/manager names, addresses, business addresses, or statutory agent information.
