Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 32, Chapter 19.1 to add section 32-2077 establishing prescription authority for licensed psychologists.

Licensed psychologists may prescribe medication for treatment of conditions directly related to behavioral health if certified and compliant with board rules.

Board of Psychologist Examiners shall adopt rules establishing minimum education, training, continuing education, and supervision requirements for prescribing psychologists.

Board rules must include a formulary of approved medications that psychologists are permitted to prescribe.

Board may establish application and annual renewal certification fees for psychologists seeking prescription authority.
