AZ HB2267

Establishes a Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Study Committee consisting of 7 members: 2 state senators (different parties), 2 house representatives (different parties), and 3 public members appointed by the governor, senate president, and house speaker.

Committee shall study the airport's expansion ability, capacity to service a larger metropolitan area, feasibility of additional regional airports, and economic impacts on access, efficiency, and availability for commercial and public users.

Committee must submit findings and recommendations report to the governor, senate president, and house speaker by November 1, 2012, with a copy provided to the secretary of state.

Committee is repealed September 30, 2013.
