AZ HB2275

Allows qualified persons to register to vote on election day by appearing at their precinct polling place and completing a registration form.

Election day registrants may only vote for federal offices (including presidential electors), statewide offices, countywide offices, and legislature.

Election day registrants are not permitted to vote in partisan primary elections.

Requires the secretary of state and county election officers to promptly implement the new election day registration provisions.
