Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-168 to require county recorders to include information about persons deleted from voter registration rolls in precinct lists provided to party chairmen.

Requires county recorders to provide names, addresses, and voter registration information (including name, party preference, date of registration, residence address, mailing address, zip code, telephone number, birth year, and occupation) for all persons deleted from voter registration rolls since the last precinct list preparation.

Maintains existing requirements that precinct lists be provided to county and state party chairmen in electronic media format within specified timeframes (eight days after close of registration for primary and general elections).

Specifies that deleted voter information must be included in the same format and with the same categories of information as active voter records in precinct lists.
