Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-168 to require county chairmen to select the format for receiving electronic copies of precinct voter registration lists from county recorders.

Allows county or state party chairmen to request paper copies of precinct lists as an alternative to electronic media.

Clarifies that the secretary of state shall prescribe the manner, format and template for how county recorders provide voter registration data to ensure uniform submissions across all counties.

Makes minor technical corrections to existing language regarding uniform electronic computer media format agreements between the secretary of state and county recorders.
