Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-105 to modify the definition of "serious physical injury"

Adds clarifying language that serious physical injury includes physical injury "whether or not invasive medical treatment is performed"

Maintains existing definition that serious physical injury creates a reasonable risk of death, or causes serious and permanent disfigurement, serious impairment of health, or loss or protracted impairment of bodily organ or limb function

Clarifies that the absence of invasive medical treatment does not negate a finding of serious physical injury
