Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 3-2606 regarding inspection fees on commercial feeds distributed in the state.

Adds new subsection requiring inspection fees on distillers grain to be prorated according to moisture content: full weight if moisture is 50% or less, or only the dry content percentage if moisture exceeds 50%.

Defines "distillers grain" as the cereal by-product of the distillation process for purposes of the fee calculation.

Updates language in subsection B to clarify the director may decrease or increase the inspection fee (not to exceed 30 cents per ton) after a hearing.

Makes minor grammatical corrections throughout the statute, changing "which" to "that" and removing redundant language.
