Amends section 23-771 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding eligibility for unemployment benefits.

Prohibits the Department of Economic Security from presuming an individual is unavailable for work and disqualifying them from benefits based solely on their attendance as a full-time student at school.

Modifies language regarding domestic violence victims leaving employment to clarify that disqualification is prohibited when separation involves a documented domestic violence offense under sections 13-3601 or 13-3601.02.

Makes technical corrections to statutory cross-references in the eligibility requirements section.
