Amends section 28-736 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding use of highway lanes and restrictions on vehicle travel.

Corrects grammatical error by changing "meaning" to "meanings" in reference to "declared gross weight" and "vehicle combination" definitions under section 28-5431.

Adds new subsection C requiring heavy vehicles (over 26,000 pounds or drawing certain trailers) to be driven in the right-hand lane or as close as practicable to the right edge on divided highways with three or more lanes, unless in the lane immediately to the left of the right-hand lane.

Requires the Department of Transportation to erect signs at reasonable intervals notifying drivers of the new right-lane restrictions before enforcement begins.

Maintains existing exemptions for drivers making turns, entering/exiting highways, or necessarily driving in other lanes to continue their intended route.
