Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 35, Chapter 1, Article 2 by adding section 35-113.02 regarding reporting requirements for state expenditures.

Requires the governor's office and each budget unit to submit monthly reports to the joint legislative budget committee detailing all sources of monies received in the current fiscal year.

Reports must include information on purposes for which monies have been or will be expended and caseloads for each population served by the funds.

Allows the governor's office and budget units to post required information on their official websites on a daily basis instead of submitting monthly reports to the joint legislative budget committee.

Budget units choosing to post information online must notify the joint legislative budget committee in writing of that decision.
