Repeals section 41-3012.16 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, which previously limited the Arizona State Lottery Commission to a ten-year operational period.

Extends the Arizona State Lottery Commission's authority through July 1, 2035, creating a twenty-five year continuation of the lottery operations.

Repeals Title 5, Chapter 5 on January 1, 2036, following the Commission's termination date.

Continues the Commission to oversee state lottery operations and produce maximum net revenue for the state consistent with state dignity.

Requires a three-fourths affirmative vote of both houses of the legislature for the bill to become effective, per Arizona Constitution Article IV, Part 1, Section 1.
