Adds a new section (36-2923.01) to Arizona Revised Statutes requiring employers with at least 100 employees in Arizona to reimburse the state's health care cost containment system (AHCCCS) for services provided to their employees.

Reimbursement obligation applies when an AHCCCS member receives services under the article and is employed by a covered employer.

Reimbursement rules and procedures are to be adopted by the AHCCCS administration.

Defines "employed" to include both full-time and part-time employment for purposes of this requirement.
