Amends section 15-741 of Arizona Revised Statutes to expand the Arizona Instrument to Measure Standards (AIMS) test to include social studies, science, and fine arts assessments in addition to reading, writing, and mathematics.

Requires social studies assessments in grades three, six, and seven, and in high school courses covering American history, world history, economics, government, and U.S. Constitution.

Requires science assessments in high school physics, chemistry, biology, and earth science courses.

Requires fine arts assessments in high school courses to be determined by the department, contingent on appropriation of monies.

Specifies that pupils shall not be required to meet or exceed standards in social studies, science, or fine arts in order to graduate from high school.
