AZ HB2340

Adds Chapter 6 to Title 1 of the Arizona Revised Statutes concerning the grant of public monies.

Requires state departments, agencies, and political subdivisions to comply with public bidding processes under Title 41, Chapter 23 or 24 before awarding, granting, or appropriating public monies to private entities or selling state property.

Exempts court-ordered claims and settlement agreements against state departments, agencies, or political subdivisions from the public bidding requirement.
