Exempts federal disability benefits awarded to veterans for service-connected disabilities under 38 U.S.C. chapter 11 from creditor claims, attachment, levy, seizure, and any legal or equitable process.

Prohibits courts from considering federal disability benefits when dividing property in divorce or dissolution proceedings under Arizona law.

Prevents courts from awarding other income or property to a spouse or former spouse as compensation for any waiver or reduction in military retirement pay related to disability benefits received.

Excludes disability benefits from spousal maintenance calculations, preventing courts from considering such benefits when determining whether to award maintenance or the amount thereof.

Exception: Does not apply to the portion of service-connected disability benefits subject to child and spousal support enforcement under federal law.
