Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-2002 to increase the penalty for forgery when forged instruments are used in connection with purchasing, leasing, or renting a "drop house" from a class 4 felony to a class 3 felony.

Defines "drop house" as property used to facilitate smuggling pursuant to Section 13-2319.

Maintains existing forgery provisions regarding falsely making, completing or altering written instruments, possessing forged instruments, or offering forged instruments with intent to defraud.

Preserves the inference provision that possession of five or more forged instruments may indicate intent to defraud.
