Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 11-441 to add a new subsection I establishing that sheriffs have primary responsibility to serve arrest warrants issued by courts in their county.

Adds this duty to the existing list of sheriff powers and duties, which include preserving the peace, arresting offenders, suppressing disturbances, attending courts, managing county jails, and serving legal process.

Does not restrict sheriffs from other law enforcement activities or remove duties previously assigned to sheriffs.
