Amends section 32-1131 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding the residential contractors' recovery fund.

Expands the definition of "person injured" to include owners of noncommercial historic class six property under section 42-12006, paragraph 1, in addition to existing class three property.

Noncommercial historic class six properties must be actually occupied or intended to be occupied by the owner as a residence to qualify for recovery fund protection.

Extends contractors' recovery fund protections to historic property owners on the same basis as standard residential property owners, including community property owners, tenants in common, joint tenants, lessees, and homeowners' associations after builder transfer of control.
