Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-101 to add swimming pool and spa inspections to the definition of "home inspection" for residential buildings of four units or less, subject to rules adopted by the state board of technical registration.

Specifies that home inspection now includes visual analysis of swimming pools and spas as reasonably accessible installed components, consistent with the board's adopted rules.

Applies to home inspectors who are certified pursuant to Arizona law and engage in the business of performing home inspections and writing home inspection reports.
