Adds Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-502.01 to establish standardized ballot language for bond approvals, budget overrides, and tax measures statewide.

Requires bond approval questions to display as "bond and tax liability increase, Yes" and "bond and tax liability increase, No" on ballots.

Requires budget override questions (including special and renewal overrides) to display as "budget and tax liability increase, yes" and "budget and tax liability increase, no" on ballots.

Requires sales tax or property tax levy questions to display as "tax increase, yes" and "tax increase, no" on ballots.

Applies to all elections in Arizona, including those conducted by cities, towns, counties, school districts, special taxing districts, and other political subdivisions.
