Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 39-121.01 relating to public records maintenance and access.

Allows officers to remove the name, address, telephone number, and email address of the sending party before disclosing the contents of emails received that are determined to be public records.

Makes minor grammatical corrections throughout the statute, changing "which" to "that," "web site" to "website," and "such" to "the" for consistency.

Maintains existing requirements for public bodies to preserve public records and respond promptly to requests for copies, printouts, or photographs of public records.
