AZ HB2418

Adds new subsection K to A.R.S. 42-5029 requiring counties to calculate carryforward from the previous fiscal year plus estimated current revenue minus the county budget by August 1 each year and notify the state treasurer of any remaining amount.

Directs the state treasurer to withhold from counties' revenues distributed under subsection D of section 42-5029 an amount equal to the surplus reported by the county and deposit those withheld monies into the state general fund.

Requires each county to provide the state treasurer with a monthly revenue report of the county's receipts.

Renumbers the existing "L" subsection (definition of community college district) to maintain proper statutory structure.
