Requires the national political party committee to submit an affidavit from the presidential candidate stating citizenship and age within ten days after submitting the candidate's name to the Arizona Secretary of State.

Requires the affidavit to be accompanied by documents proving the candidate is a natural born citizen, proving the candidate's age, and proving the candidate meets U.S. Constitutional residency requirements for President.

Authorizes the Arizona Secretary of State to refuse to place a presidential candidate's name on the ballot if the Secretary has reasonable cause to believe the candidate does not meet citizenship, age, or residency requirements.

Makes a gender-neutral change to election ballot language, replacing "his" with "the voter's" regarding voter choice marking.
