Transfer the State Liquor Board from the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control to the Department of Public Safety, effective on the bill's enactment date.

Rename Title 4, Chapter 1, Article 2 of Arizona Revised Statutes from "Department of Liquor Licenses and Control" to "Regulation and Enforcement."

Establish the State Liquor Board as a new division within the Department of Public Safety's organizational structure.

Transfer all assets, property, records, contracts, licenses, permits, and personnel from the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control to the Department of Public Safety without altering the validity or status of existing obligations or authorizations.

Repeal Section 41-3010.18 of Arizona Revised Statutes and direct legislative council staff to prepare conforming legislation for the next legislative session.
