Requires subdividers selling lots outside active management areas (as established under title 45, chapter 2, article 2) to record a water supply adequacy statement beginning January 1, 2011.

The recorded document must be filed with the county recorder along with the subdivision plat and must state whether the subdivision has an adequate or inadequate water supply, as determined by the department of water resources under section 45-108.

Allows lot owners to request the department of water resources provide notice in recordable format if a subdivision's water supply is subsequently determined to be adequate, which the owner must then record with the county recorder.

Exempts subdividers who are already required to provide the recorded water adequacy disclosure prescribed by section 33-406.

Defines "subdivider" using the same meaning as provided in section 32-2101.
