Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-1706 regarding optometrists' use of pharmaceutical agents.

Adds oral antivirals for treatment of eye diseases and related conditions to the list of medications optometrists may prescribe.

Removes the separate prohibition on oral antivirals and relocates it into the permitted oral antibiotics and antivirals category with appropriate consultation requirements.

Maintains existing restrictions on oral steroids, antifungals, carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, antimetabolites, immunosuppressives, and controlled substances.

Allows optometrists to use epinephrine auto-injectors for anaphylactic reactions and requires maintenance of necessary supportive equipment and supplies in their offices.
