Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-1227 regarding amendments to condominium declarations.

Removes language prohibiting amendments from changing "the uses to which any unit is restricted" without unanimous consent of unit owners.

Retains requirement that amendments cannot create or increase special declarant rights, increase the number of units, or change unit boundaries without unanimous consent.

Maintains existing provisions requiring 67% majority vote of unit owners for most declaration amendments, unless a larger majority is specified or all units are restricted to nonresidential use.
