Requires the Arizona Department of Economic Security to print the applicant or recipient's name on electronic benefits transfer (EBT) cards issued under the food stamp program.

Mandates that retailers at eligible grocery businesses require customers to present identification when using an EBT card to verify the cardholder's identity.

Specifies that retailers may accept any form of identification listed in 42 Code of Federal Regulations section 435.407(a) or (e).
