Allows patients to transmit prescription orders to pharmacies by fax or email, provided the patient presents a written prescription bearing the prescriber's manual signature when picking up the medication at the pharmacy.

Permits prescribers and their agents to transmit prescription orders to pharmacies by fax or electronic mail without requiring the patient to present a physical copy at pickup.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-1968 governing the dispensing of prescription-only drugs and pharmacy regulations.

Maintains existing requirements that prescription orders contain the date issued, patient name and address, prescriber information, drug details, and usage directions.
