Amends section 15-756.02 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding English language learner (ELL) programs in schools.

School districts and charter schools must select one or more task force-approved structured English immersion models for implementation, or submit alternative ELL programs to the task force for approval.

Exempts schools from ELL model requirements if they meet annual measurable achievement objectives for English language learner progress and proficiency, and are classified as performing, highly performing, or excelling schools.

Schools that lose exemption status due to failing to meet exemption criteria for two consecutive years have their exemption immediately revoked by the superintendent of public instruction.

Requires school districts and charter schools to include their adopted ELL program in the annual report required under section 15-756.10.
