Establishes a website operated by the Arizona Department of Health Services in consultation with the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy to facilitate prescription drug purchases from Canadian pharmacies by state residents through mail order and internet.

Requires the website to list Canadian pharmacies certified as safe for prescription drug reimportation by other states and provide a clearinghouse of information about safe and legal purchases of prescription drugs from outside sources.

Allows Arizona residents to purchase not more than a ninety-day supply of prescription drugs every ninety days from Canadian pharmacies listed on the established website.
