Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 44, Chapter 1, Article 3 by adding section 44-135 regarding medical decision-making capacity for minor parents.

Allows minors aged 16 and older who are parents and otherwise competent to consent to medical treatment without requiring consent from their own parent or legal guardian.

Specifies that consent given by a minor parent under this statute cannot be voided or disaffirmed based on the minor's age or status as a minor.
