Amends section 15-703 to allow school districts establishing full-day kindergarten programs to charge tuition for one-half of full-day kindergarten instruction.

Requires school districts with full-day kindergarten programs to provide the option of half-day kindergarten instruction in every school with sufficient enrollment.

Repeals section 15-901.02 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

Removes the definition of "K" (kindergarten programs) from section 15-901 and renumbers subsequent definitions accordingly.

Eliminates separate funding weights for kindergarten programs in section 15-943 that previously provided support level weights for fiscal year 2006-2007 and subsequent years.
