Amends A.R.S. § 13-3821 to add "unlawful age misrepresentation" (item 20) and "aggravated luring a minor for sexual exploitation pursuant to section 13-3560" (item 21) to the list of offenses requiring sex offender registration.

Modifies the court's authority to terminate registration duties by allowing termination on successful completion of probation if either: the person was under 18 when the offense was committed, OR the person has had civil rights restored, is not a danger to public safety, and has received an absolute discharge from imprisonment.

Maintains existing requirements for sex offender registration including fingerprinting, photography, provision of online identifiers, annual license renewal, and a $250 non-waivable assessment per conviction to fund the sex offender monitoring program.
