Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3608 to revise the criminal classification of incest based on the age of the victim.

Establishes incest as a class 2 felony when the other person is a minor under 15 years of age.

Establishes incest as a class 3 felony when the other person is a minor at least 15 years of age.

Establishes incest as a class 4 felony when the other person is at least 18 years of age.

Applies the offense to persons who are at least 18 years of age who knowingly intermarry, commit fornication, or commit adultery with relatives within prohibited degrees of consanguinity.
