Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 23-352 regarding employer withholding of employee wages.

Requires employers to cease wage withholding upon receiving written revocation of authorization from an employee, unless a court order directs otherwise.

Maintains existing exceptions allowing wage withholding when required by state or federal law, when authorized in writing by the employee, or when there is a reasonable good faith dispute over wages owed.
