Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-855 to allow bicycle riders at least 16 years of age to treat stop signs as yield signs instead of requiring complete stops.

Bicycle riders performing a "yield" at stop signs must slow to a safe speed, yield right-of-way to any vehicles in the intersection, and treat the sign as they would a yield sign.

Collision with a vehicle at an intersection after a bicycle rider passes a stop or yield sign without stopping is prima facie evidence of failure to yield right-of-way.

The provision applies only to bicycle riders who are at least 16 years of age; does not change requirements for motor vehicle drivers to stop at stop signs.
