Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 23-363 to establish a lower minimum wage for employees under 22 years of age.

From January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2013, employees under 22 years old must be paid 75% of the standard minimum wage otherwise required.

Current minimum wage remains $6.75 per hour beginning January 1, 2007, with annual adjustments based on the consumer price index.

Requires an affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members in each house of the legislature for the amendment to become effective.
