Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 13-806, 33-1701, 33-1703, 33-1704, and 33-1705 to revise self-service storage facility lien enforcement procedures.

Adds definitions for "electronic mail," "personal information," and "protected property" (documents with personal information, alcoholic beverages, pharmaceuticals, and firearms) to the self-storage statutes.

Allows operators to dispose of protected property rather than sell it, with proper disposal methods including destruction or surrender to appropriate state or federal authorities.

Permits operators to send default notices by electronic mail in addition to verified mail, and allows restitution lienholders to redeem personal property subject to a restitution lien before sale.

Modifies the posted notice requirement to indicate that articles "may be sold or disposed of" rather than "will be sold" if storage charges are overdue more than thirty days.
