Amends court-ordered domestic relations education programs to require instruction on emotional, psychological, financial, and physical effects of divorce on adults and children, effective January 1, 2012.

Adds four mandatory educational program topics: alternatives to divorce, resources to strengthen marriage, the legal divorce process and mediation options, and post-divorce resources.

Allows either spouse to petition the court to extend the 60-day initial waiting period for filing divorce/annulment/legal separation proceedings by up to 120 additional days if based on reconciliation plans or counseling schedules.

Requires the court to grant the extension unless the other party establishes good cause for proceeding without delay.
