Prohibits purchasing human eggs or making payments to egg providers exceeding reimbursement of direct expenses; violation constitutes a class 1 misdemeanor.

Requires egg harvesting procedures to be performed only in licensed hospitals, clinics, or medical facilities meeting state licensing standards.

Establishes that violations by physicians constitute unprofessional conduct subject to license suspension or revocation under Arizona medical licensing laws.
