Amends cross-references in four existing statutes (11-459.01, 20-841.04, 20-1057.01, and 32-1753) to replace references to the definition of "health professions" in the repealed sections with a reference to section 32-3201.

Updates terminology in the amended statutes from "practitioner of a health profession" to "health professional" to align with the new statutory reference.

Maintains existing provisions regarding county prisoner grievance procedures, health insurance standing referrals, and optometry practice designations while only changing the definitional references.
