Amends Arizona law to clarify the definition of "traffic" in human trafficking statutes to include providing and transporting persons, removing redundant language about "transport" from the definition.

Modifies Section 13-1307 (sex trafficking) to define "traffic" as: entice, recruit, harbor, provide, transport or otherwise obtain another person.

Modifies Section 13-1308 (trafficking for forced labor or services) to include the same revised definition of "traffic" with the addition that such trafficking occurs "by deception, coercion or force."

Maintains existing penalties: sex trafficking is a class 2 felony (or dangerous crime against children if victim is under 15), and trafficking for forced labor is a class 2 felony.

Preserves all existing definitions and elements of human trafficking offenses including coercion, force, forced labor, and sexually explicit performance.
