Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-601 regarding the conduct of elections and vote tallying procedures.

Requires election boards or tally boards in polling places to immediately count votes and secure ballots for counting in tabulating equipment at the counting center once polls close.

Mandates that the count remain public in the presence of bystanders and continue without adjournment until completion and results are declared.
