Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 25-351, 25-403.02, and 25-403.05 regarding child custody and visitation laws.

Requires domestic relations education programs to include information about notification requirements for sex offenders and dangerous criminals who may have access to children.

Mandates that parenting plans include a statement that each party understands and will comply with notification requirements regarding sex offenders and dangerous crime convicts.

Requires a parent or custodian to immediately notify the other parent or custodian if a registered sex offender, convicted sex offender, or person convicted of a dangerous crime against children may have access to the child, using mail with return receipt, electronic communication, or court-approved methods.
