Amends Arizona law regarding livestock trespassing on others' property and recovery for damages caused by trespassing animals.

Removes the requirement that land must be enclosed within a lawful fence for owners to recover damages from trespassing livestock, allowing recovery regardless of fencing status.

Allows owners or occupants of land to recover damages when livestock break through fences, with jurisdiction based on damage amount: justice of the peace for damages under $200, superior court for $200 or more.

Authorizes courts to impose a lien on livestock causing damage and order the sale of the livestock to satisfy the judgment when the plaintiff has possession of the animals.
