Makes technical corrections to pronouns and references, changing "his" to "the sheriff's" and updating language regarding county attorney restrictions on private practice.

Maintains existing exceptions for county attorneys in first-class counties with populations of 60,000 or more to engage in pro bono legal work under specified conditions.

Clarifies that pro bono representation by attorneys under the approved conditions does not disqualify the office from participating in subsequent actions affecting the client.
