Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-3164 regarding requirements for original driver license applicants.

Requires driver license applicants under 18 years of age to pass an exam consisting of at least 10 questions from the United States citizenship and immigration services item bank before the department issues a license.

Maintains all existing examination requirements including tests of eyesight, traffic law knowledge, ability to read traffic control devices, and practical driving ability.
